Croxsons: Proud to be a Living Wage Employer

Croxsons Proud to be a Living Wage Employer
Supplier News

At Croxsons, our people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to announce that we are now an accredited Living Wage Employer.

This means that every member of our team, including those working with us on a contracted basis, will receive a wage that reflects the true cost of living – not just the government minimum. It’s our way of ensuring that the hard work, dedication and expertise that drive our business forward are recognised and rewarded fairly.

The Living Wage movement aligns with our values of responsibility, integrity, and doing the right thing, not just for our customers and partners but also for the people who make Croxsons what it is.

Katherine Chapman, Director, Living Wage Foundation said: We’re delighted that Croxsons has joined the movement of over 15,000 responsible employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all their staff earn enough to live on.
They join thousands of small businesses, as well as household names such as Burberry, Barclays, Everton Football Club and many more. These businesses recognise that paying the real Living Wage is the mark of a responsible employer and they, like Croxsons, believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.
