Produce labels are among the top contaminants in organic waste streams, as they are often discarded together with food waste but do not break down in composting systems. TIPA’s labels are engineered as a fully compostable solution, including face material, adhesive, and inks, helping brands reduce contamination, improve compost quality, and align packaging with real organic waste flows.
TIPA’s solutions extend to fashion and other non-food applications, enabling brands to replace conventional flexible plastics with compostable alternatives across their product lines. A key advantage of TIPA’s technology is its seamless integration into existing supply chains. Our films and laminates are compatible with standard extrusion, lamination, and printing processes, including flexographic and digital printing. They are designed to run efficiently on conventional packaging machinery such as form-fill-seal (HFFS and VFFS) lines and pouch-making equipment, allowing brands to transition without major operational disruption.
