Dove launches new refillable anti perspirant range

Dove, a personal care brand owned by Unilever, has introduced its first refillable anti-perspirant range, marking the brand’s entry into refill formats within the deodorants category.

The new range combines Dove’s anti-perspirant formulation, offering up to 72 hours of sweat and odour protection, with a refillable packaging system. The launch includes three starter kits, each comprising a reusable case and a 35ml refill. The starter kits are available in Original, Violet & Tonka Bean, and Peony & Pineapple fragrance variants.

In addition to the starter kits, the range includes six standalone refills designed to be compatible with any of the cases. Refill options include Original, Violet & Tonka Bean, Peony & Pineapple, Macadamia & Coconut, White Flower & Heliotrope, and Lily & Green Lime. Two of the refill variants will be available exclusively through specific UK retailers.

The launch follows recent growth in the refillable deodorants segment. Over the past year, refillable formats are reported to have increased by 45 per cent and now represent approximately four per cent of the overall deodorants market.

The Dove refillable anti-perspirant range is set to roll out across major grocery and beauty retailers from February.
