With the needs and dreams of our customers at heart, Royal Apollo Group is an example of growth by transformation. We have 176 years of proud family tradition to back this up. Together with our customers we design, manufacture, sell and install the next-generation conveying solutions. Delivering both components as well as complete solutions for the material handling industry.
Our division, Apollo VTS, is the world’s leading supplier of vertical conveying systems. The majority of our product range consists of spiral conveyors and bucket elevators.
The Apollo spiral conveyor seamlessly transports products up or down in a continuous flow, proving to be a highly reliable solution in Vertical Conveying. Designed to boost efficiency while conserving valuable floor space, this system is perfect for optimizing your operations.
The spiral conveyor is designed for efficiency and reliability. It boasts a load capacity of up to 50 kg per meter and operates at speeds of 60 meters per minute, all powered by a single motor. This system runs 24/7 with a compact design that saves valuable floor space.
With low friction operation and built-in protection, it ensures smooth performance. The conveyor is easy to assemble, operates quietly, and requires no lubrication under the slats. Maintenance is minimal, making it a hassle-free solution for your vertical conveying needs.
Spiral conveyors feature a conveyor belt that revolves around a central column, efficiently transporting a wide range of products vertically. This creates a streamlined production line or simplifies order picking for large operations. By utilizing vertical space, the Conveyors maximizes floor space savings and uses a single lane for material handling, making it a smart addition to any facility.
Royal Apollo also offers:
The bucket elevators are very well suited for transporting a broad range of bulk products in the agriculture, food, and industrial segment, including abrasive and extreme temperature applications. The machine is used for very gentle vertical and horizontal conveying of all kinds of granular products with virtually no spillage.
The pendulum bucket elevator is used for very gentle vertical conveying of all kinds of granular products. This conveyor has the benefit of combining both horizontal and vertical transport in one machine. Adding the very gentle way of transporting, the pendulum bucket elevator is the perfect conveyor for seeds and other sensitive products. By means of using different speeds, there’s a wide range of different hourly capacities that can be reached which goes up to 60 m3/h.
The bucket elevator is designed for extremely high dust levels even when the product is highly abrasive. Through optimally positioned suction points, dust-tight bearings and anti-static buckets pollution levels remain very low which contributes to machine reliability and low maintenance. Bucket elevators are mainly used in the agriculture-, food-, and industry sector.
M&M’s, Coca-Cola, tires of Pirelli, and yes, also parts of the Tesla car. They’re all handled by the machines of Royal Apollo.
