We already did it many times before. Our modular design gives your system the flexibility it needs! From changes in speed to altering the direction of the flow, reconfiguration allows you to optimize for different materials, shapes, and sizes. Whether you’re looking to upgrade or streamline, a customized spiral conveyor solution is key to maintaining efficiency in a dynamic production environment.
We were tasked with installing a spiral conveyor system to optimize our client’s warehouse space. Midway through the installation, the client realized that their planned outfeed chute was too low for the height clearance on the top of the conveyor. Their original design hadn’t accounted for this critical space limitation. To help the customer resolve this in the most effective way, we quickly modified the system on-site by reducing the spiral’s incline angle and adding an extra loop, which allowed us to fit the conveyor within the available space without compromising on performance.
Later in the installation, the client also discovered that the conveyor’s rotation was made in the wrong direction, which would have caused a major flow issue for the production line. Fortunately, our team identified the problem before commissioning. Due to our system’s flexibility, we reconfigured the motor and settings on-site, reversing the rotation and ensuring smooth operation once again.
These adjustments caused only a slight delay, and the client was impressed by our ability to adapt to unexpected challenges without any significant cost increase.
