Sole-Mizo, a leading brand in Hungary’s dairy industry and part of the Bonafarm group, has teamed up with SIG to enhance its packaging capabilities.

This collaboration will see the installation of the advanced SIG Midi 12 Aseptic filling machine, enabling Sole-Mizo to fill a variety of its dairy products into the popular SIG MidiBloc and SIG MidiFit packaging formats.

The partnership introduces the SIG MidiFit family pack to Hungarian consumers for the first time. Known for its distinctive design, the MidiFit pack offers benefits like drip-free pouring and easy opening and closing, making it suitable for both vertical and horizontal storage. The MidiBloc and MidiFit carton packs are designed to highlight the high quality of Sole-Mizo products.

The new SIG filling technology will provide Sole-Mizo with significant advantages, combining efficiency and flexibility in their production processes. The Midi 12 Aseptic filling machine can handle both carton pack formats in various volumes, ranging from 500 ml to 1 litre, suitable for products such as ESL and UHT milk.

Titus Kuk, Plant Manager at Sole-Mizo: Our close partnership with SIG offers clear differentiation for our Mizo brand in Hungary. SIG MidiFit and SIG MidiBloc carton packs will bring a new dimension in long-life packaging to both retailers and consumers, catching the eye and representing our premium products. We will stand out in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
