Showcasing Fujis flagship flow wrapping technology at Foodex 2025
Supplier News

We are excited to announce our participation in Foodex 2025, which will be held at the NEC, Birmingham from 7th - 9th April. Visitors are invited to Stand J110, where we will feature Fuji's latest packaging technology innovations.

On display will be two models from Fuji's Alpha 8 series: the FW3410B and the FW3710BS/B. The FW3410B is ideal for packing products such as minced meat, trayed items, batched rolls, protein bars and sliced meats or cheeses.

The FW3710BS/B is an inverted wrapper equipped with Fuji’s attachless infeed conveyor system an automated belt infeed to automatically feed products into the wrapper, designed to handle products like sausages, bunched herbs, celery, cheese blocks and pizza dough.

Both models feature modular designs that enhance efficiency and versatility across a range of sectors with demanding packaging needs.

Key features of the Alpha 8 series include:

  • Induction heaters for maintenance-free operation
  • An intuitive, user-friendly HMI for easy setup and operation
  • Six servo-driven motors for precise speed and efficiency

The series supports multiple configurations, including 3-side seal, 4-side seal and high-speed rotary and box motion options. The box motion model achieves speeds of up to 400 hermetically sealed packs per minute, making it one of the fastest wrappers of its kind on the market.

In addition to the Alpha 8 series, we will also showcase a range of infeed and buffering systems designed to streamline product collation, feeding and enhance overall productivity, while reducing labour costs.

Visit Paramount Packaging Systems at Stand J110 during Foodex 2025 to see Fuji’s latest technology in action. Our team will be on hand to discuss how these advanced solutions can improve efficiency and productivity in your packaging operations.
