Enjoy total packaging freedom with Soken Engineering's Heat Sealing machines, not only do they offer greener packaging options, they also extend shelf life of sandwiches for up to 3 days, reduce food waste and save money.

The Soken heat sealing machines range from a simple table top unit which seals one pack at a time, to large, linear machines which can seal many thousands of packs per hour. Each machine employs easy change tooling, allowing users to rapidly change pack types with minimal downtime. Furthermore, every machine is supplied with a standard tooling option from a wide range available. Bespoke tooling is also readily available to suit your needs, this cost effective option gives you maximum flexibility and efficient use of your sealer.

The latest addition to the standard tooling line-up is the new baguette tooling option, it's simple, easy to use and available for midsized products on the Soken HS35AC, which uses an external air compressor or the HS35EC which is self contained and virtually silent.

The current tooling range available includes Food-to-Go and convenience packs of sandwiches, tortillas, salad boxes, ready meals and baguettes. Not limited to just food packaging, the Soken heat sealing machines can also be used for medical, pharma and parts. For example, with relatively low MOQs, users can commission custom card packaging with euro hole hangers for retail environments and replace plastic packaging.
