After months of behind the scenes planning, the Soken Engineering team are delighted to announce the launch of their online shop on their website.

Dipping our toes in the water of the ecommerce world is an exciting development for Soken, part of The Jenton Group. The online shop was created to streamline the process for our customers when ordering packaging, spares and accessories.

We understand that our customers are busy doing what they do best, producing and packaging food! So when they need more packaging, or spare parts for their Soken Engineering Heat Seal machines, we want to make this process as quick and easy as possible.

Gareth Davies, Director at Soken Engineering says: We are aware that buying online is the norm these days, so our online shop makes all your favourite Soken products accessible and simple to purchase, whether on your computer or smartphone.

We are always striving to provide the best service possible, with high quality heat sealing products and great customer service as well as continually expanding our product offerings. Our new online shop means you’ll never miss out on new packaging products!

Incorporating the payment system into the shop was a challenging development process, however, with suitable support and advice from Elavon, we were able to successfully integrate the payment system to ensure a safe and secure process for our customers. In addition work is continuing behind the scenes to integrate with our company ERP system, so that online orders flow seamlessly into our sales, purchasing and stock control software to further streamline the process internally.

Currently a range of heat sealable packaging is available to purchase online, in various different materials, shapes, sizes and colours. Including a full range of cardboard, seal film, plastic, bespoke packaging and additional tooling products. This range will continue to expand over the coming months.

As an opening introductory offer a 5% discount is available on all purchases during November 2024, using code ‘SOKEN24NOV‘ at the checkout.
