There are just 50 days left to secure a complimentary visitor pass for London Packaging Week 2025, taking place at Excel London on 15 & 16 October. Celebrating its 15th anniversary, London Packaging Week is the capital’s premier packaging event, bringing together designers, brand and procurement teams, packaging developers, and suppliers to explore the future of packaging.

London Packaging Week is where design and innovation collide. Visitors can discover hundreds of formats, materials and solutions to develop their next packaging project, learn from inspirational talks by industry leaders, and collaborate with peers in a creative, festival-like environment. The event is deeply rooted in London’s personality and global reputation as a hub for design, making it the place where ideas are exchanged and solutions are found.

Josh Brooks, Divisional Director – Packaging Portfolio at Easyfairs, said: London Packaging Week is a community built by and for the brands and creators shaping London’s most dynamic industries - from luxury and beauty to drinks, food, and consumer goods. Networking moments over prosecco and cocktail bars, immersive installations, and hands-on learning opportunities create a sense of belonging, while partnerships with Walpole, Positive Luxury, British Beauty Council, and the Museum of Brands reinforce trust, heritage, and credibility.
For 15 years, the event has been the place where designers, brands, and suppliers collaborate and innovate, setting the stage for the next generation of packaging solutions and shaping trends that will define the industry for years to come.

Over 190 exhibitors, including leading packaging specialists from the UK and around the world, will showcase innovations across design, sustainability, branding, e-commerce, and materials. Attendees can explore award-winning packs at the Innovation Awards, see the Best of British Design Gallery curated with Pentawards, and step into the Museum of Brands archive to understand packaging past, present, and future.

Educational sessions, clinics, and advisory opportunities are embedded throughout the event, with guidance on regulation, EPR, and material sourcing supported by DEFRA’s Pack UK scheme, the WSTA (Wine and Spirit Trade Association), Alliance of Fibre-Based, and other industry partners.

London Packaging Week 2025 once again delivers a powerhouse conference agenda designed to ignite ideas, spark collaboration, and drive real change across the packaging industry. Over two days, attendees will gain exclusive insights from the world’s leading brands, visionary designers, and sustainability pioneers. From fibre innovation and circular design to AI-driven human-centred solutions, inclusive design, and evolving policy frameworks, the programme is curated to inspire action, not just conversation. With three tailored stages and a speaker lineup that reads like a who’s who of global packaging leadership, including Bentley Motors, Nestlé, Fortnum & Mason, Microsoft, Tesco, Unilever, and Diageo - London Packaging Week is the definitive destination to shape the future of packaging, unlock strategic insights, and meet the people who are redefining the industry for good.

Brooks added: We’re seeing the excitement building across the industry as London Packaging Week 2025 approaches. Our team has worked tirelessly to deliver an event that inspires, connects, and equips designers, brands, and suppliers on every front, from innovation and education to networking and immersive experiences.
