Nissin Foods has introduced limited-edition packaging for its Cup Noodles brand as part of a collaboration with kitchen appliance company Dash aimed at US college students.

The Cup Noodles x Dash Dorm Survival Kit combines six Cup Noodles Chicken flavour products with two compact kitchen appliances, with the noodle cups presented in specially designed sleeves inspired by aspects of student and dormitory life.

The limited-edition packaging features a series of messages referencing shared accommodation and student routines. Designs include phrases such as "Do Not Touch" and "If This is Missing, Ask my Roommate", reflecting the practice of students labelling or keeping track of food in communal living spaces.

The packaging forms part of a wider back-to-college promotion developed by Nissin Foods and Dash around the start of the US academic year.

Alongside the six-pack of Cup Noodles, the kit contains a Dash Insulated Electric Kettle and Dash Rapid Egg Cooker. The appliances have been included as compact cooking options suitable for preparing and accompanying instant noodles in student accommodation.

The electric kettle features a dual-wall insulated construction, digital temperature controls, a cool-touch exterior, anti-spill lid, lever-controlled spout and integrated temperature probe.

The egg cooker, meanwhile, can prepare up to seven eggs at a time, with the collaboration positioning eggs as an optional addition to the instant noodle products.

All of the products are supplied together in limited-edition college-themed packaging designed specifically for the campaign.

The Cup Noodles x Dash Dorm Survival Kit has been launched in the US through Dash's website and TikTok Shop while stocks last. It is priced at $70, with the companies stating that the individual products have a combined value of $135.
