Lantech demonstrates case handling for the bakery and confectionery industry at IBA

Efficiency with rectangular cases

The C1000 case erector produces up to 30 cases per minute with flexible dimensions ranging from 200 x 150 x 150 mm to 500 x 325 x 520 mm. Users reliably receive right-angled shipping cartons that provide maximum stability and are ideal for transportation.

The C1000 carton erector maintains the 90-degree angle regardless of the nature of the corrugated board, changing temperatures and humidity levels, and varying blank dimensions. The blank is controlled from the moment it enters the magazine until it is discharged as a finished case with a closed bottom. Depending on the customer's preference, the case bottom is sealed with hot melt or tape.
