Efficiency with rectangular cases in a wide range

Lantech's automation solutions have earned the trust of companies around the world, enabling them to increase production, eliminate downtime and reduce labour costs. The C-1000 case erector produces up to 30 cases per minute with flexible dimensions ranging from 200 x 150 x 150 mm to 500 x 325 x 520 mm. Users reliably receive right-angled shipping cartons that offer maximum stability and are ideal for transport.

The C-1000 case erector maintains a 90-degree angle regardless of the type of corrugated cardboard, temperature and humidity variations, and variable blank dimensions. The blank is monitored from the moment it enters the magazine until it exits as a finished case with a closed bottom. Depending on customer preferences, the bottom of the case is sealed with hot melt glue or adhesive tape. The C-1000 is part of a range of modular case erectors, with the largest standard model measuring up to 800 x 600 x 835 mm.
