BM3000-HD solves this problem by combining standard slotting, creasing, slitting, and trimming functions with vibrating knife cutting. Regular operations are handled by high-efficiency modules, while the vibrating knife completes special cutting or creasing tasks. This improves both flexibility and production speed.

BM3000-HD also offers wide board compatibility. It can process corrugated board from E-flute to AAA heavy-duty board, with thickness from approximately 2 mm to 16 mm. It supports both light 3-ply board and heavy-duty 7-ply board. The maximum cardboard width is 3000 mm, and the box length can be unlimited, making it suitable for both small cartons and large industrial packaging.

For heavy-duty packaging, BM3000-HD uses advanced Male-Female Creasing Technology. Double-sided creasing makes thick board easier to fold and helps carton flaps fold both inward and outward with better accuracy and less risk of cracking.
