The Adelphi Group of Companies, an ISO-certified UK manufacturer and supplier of processing and packaging machinery, has announced its 2026 Charities of the Year, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to community support, charitable giving and social impact. This year, Adelphi will support Oscar’s Wish Foundation for its South and Yorkshire Children's Charity for the North, with a wide range of fundraising activities and initiatives already underway across the business.

With established operations in both the South of England and West Yorkshire, Adelphi’s dual charity partnership reflects its regional presence and its dedication to making a meaningful difference in the communities where its teams live and work. Throughout 2026, employees across the Group will take part in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteering activities designed to support both charities and contribute to their vital work.

Founded to support families affected by baby loss, Oscar’s Wish Foundation provides essential services to parents and siblings navigating grief following the loss of a baby, whether before, during or shortly after birth. The charity also offers support throughout subsequent pregnancies after loss, helping families feel less alone during incredibly difficult times.

Meanwhile, Yorkshire Children’s Charity is committed to improving the lives of children and young people living at a disadvantage. Through a range of initiatives focused on wellbeing, opportunity and long-term development, the charity works to create brighter futures for young people across the region.

As part of its 2026 fundraising programme, Adelphi has already begun supporting both charities through a variety of activities. Recent efforts include Easter egg donations to Oscar’s Wish Foundation, helping to bring comfort and small moments of joy to children and families supported by the charity.

In addition, employees within Adelphi’s North team are currently exploring participation in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge as a key fundraising event later this year. The challenge, which involves summiting Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough within 12 hours, represents both a physical and team-building opportunity while raising valuable funds for Yorkshire Children’s Charity.

We are proud to support both Oscar’s Wish Foundation and Yorkshire Children’s Charity as our Charities of the Year for 2026. These organisations carry out incredibly important work within their communities, and their missions strongly align with Adelphi’s values of care, responsibility and long-term impact. It has been fantastic to see such enthusiasm already from our teams, with fundraising activities underway and more planned throughout the year.

The Adelphi Group’s 2026 charity partnership programme will continue throughout the year, with further fundraising initiatives, community engagement activities and team challenges planned across both regions. Through these efforts, Adelphi aims to raise awareness, generate vital funds and contribute positively to the lives of individuals and families supported by its chosen charities.

This initiative forms part of Adelphi’s wider commitment to responsible business practices, including community investment, employee engagement and supporting causes that create lasting social impact.
