Events

London Packaging Week 2025 promises two days of unrivalled inspiration, innovation, and connections, with 200+ suppliers showcasing the UK’s most cutting-edge packaging solutions.

From global brands to the UK’s creative community, London Packaging Week returns to Excel London on 15 & 16 October 2025, uniting the industry’s leading innovators and visionaries across luxury, drinks, beauty, and FMCG sectors. With just one week to go, excitement is at its peak for a show where designers, pack technologists, suppliers, buyers, and brand teams gather to shape the next generation of packaging.

Visitors will explore thousands of packaging formats, materials, and technical possibilities, sourcing inspiration from a sold-out show floor of over 200 suppliers. From premium flexible solutions to sustainable innovations, the event is a live showcase of packaging excellence, designed to solve challenges, spark ideas, and accelerate creative development.

Exhibiting brands include Amcor, Allpack, Micro Delta, James Cropper, Favini, Fedrigoni, Seismo Packaging, Sun Branding, Leonhard Kurz, and Movopack, providing visitors with first-hand insight into cutting-edge products and materials. Returning highlights include the Supplier Gallery, featuring ten of the most innovative packaging projects, and the Innovation Awards, celebrating bold, sustainable, design-led breakthroughs from brands such as The Macallan, Hendrick’s Gin, Starbucks, LUSH, Charlotte Tilbury, and Mondelēz International. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 16 October.

London Packaging Week is also a hub for education, advice, and debate. A flagship government-led session on 15 October will bring together Defra, PackUK, and the Food & Drink Federation to explore how Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS), and packaging reforms are transforming UK recycling. Attendees can also access one-to-one guidance at the Defra/PackUK Clinic, gaining insight into regulatory changes and strategic opportunities. Additional sessions cover sustainability, material sourcing, inclusive design, and emerging trends, supported by key associations including the FPA, BPIF, British Beauty Council, and WSTA.

The event’s relevance and reach are unmatched. Global icons such as Amazon, Disney, and Universal Music Group join UK favourites including Harrods, Jo Malone, Burberry, Molton Brown, Fortnum & Mason, L’Occitane, Astrid & Miyu, and John Lewis, alongside beauty and FMCG leaders such as Charlotte Tilbury, Trinny London, Boots No7, The Body Shop, Unilever, Reckitt, Diageo, Mars, and Kraft Heinz.

Attendees can connect, collaborate, and celebrate across four verticals—Luxury, Beauty, Premium Drinks, and FMCG—with over 85 thought leaders sharing insights on the Luxury, Beauty & Drinks, and Food & Consumer stages. Highlights include automotive design legend Frank Stephenson, Kevin Marshall from Microsoft, and senior packaging leaders from Nestlé, Marks & Spencer, L’Oréal, and Diageo. The Breakout Beauty UK panel on 16 October (13:15–13:45), moderated by Paul Finch, features Emily Caine (TikTok Shop) and Lucy Edwards (journalist and disability activist), exploring inclusive design and accessibility as innovation meets social impact.

Heritage, inspiration, and creativity are at the heart of the event. Curated partnerships with the Pentawards ‘Best of British’ gallery, the Museum of Brands, and Walpole enable visitors to explore iconic packaging from the past, present, and future. From museum exhibits to live innovation showcases, the event drives creativity and expands perspectives on what packaging can achieve. Networking moments, prosecco bars, and immersive experiences reinforce a sense of community, where visitors can connect, collaborate, and celebrate the industry’s progress.
