SVEDKA Vodka has introduced a new ready-to-drink (RTD) product, SVEDKA Vodka Water, which the company describes as the first transparent canned vodka water format.

The product combines vodka, purified water and fruit flavouring in a canned RTD format designed to offer a low-calorie alternative within the spirits-based beverage category. According to the company, each serving contains 90 calories, with no sugar, carbohydrates or carbonation.

A key feature of the launch is its transparent packaging, allowing consumers to view the contents of the can. The range is available in four flavours: Strawberry, Peach, Lime and Pineapple.

SVEDKA said the product is intended to offer a lighter drinking option for consumers seeking convenience and simplicity in ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages.

Consumers are redefining what they want from drinking occasions. They want options that fit seamlessly into their lives without sacrificing flavor or fun. SVEDKA Vodka Water is our answer to that shift. It's Vodka Water 2.0: a new take on a classic combination that raises the bar on both taste and transparency, delivering a cleaner, more effortless way to drink this summer in the category's first completely clear can.

David Binder, Senior Brand Director at SVEDKA.

The new range is scheduled to roll out across the United States from June and will be available year-round in 12oz single cans and eight-pack multipacks.
