Chick-fil-A has introduced a run of limited-edition cups as part of its 80th anniversary celebrations, giving customers the opportunity to win free meals for a year.
The US-based restaurant chain has launched a “Newstalgia”-themed campaign featuring refreshed packaging designs and new menu items. As part of the promotion, customers can purchase a sealed four-pack of vintage-style cups for US$3.99. The individual cup designs remain hidden until opened, and 3,000 units have been produced with a special twist.

Each of the 3,000 selected cups contains a winning card that directs recipients to a QR code with details on how to redeem the prize. Winners will receive 52 entrée vouchers, with the promotion running until 1 July.

Chick-fil-A traces its origins to 1946, when founder S. Truett Cathy opened The Dwarf Grill, a small diner where he developed the boneless chicken sandwich that later became the brand’s signature item. The first official Chick-fil-A restaurant opened in 1967 at Atlanta’s Greenbriar Shopping Centre, remaining in operation until its closure in 2023.
