HG Robotics capping and labelling machine for plastic canisters

A capping and labeling production line for chemicals, washer fluids, coolers and more. The machine consists of a centrifugal sorter, which is responsible for precise sorting of closures and introducing them into the capping system. The automatic servo-driven capping machine is designed for capping with a preset force and torque. Changeover is very fast thanks to dedicated format elements, and operation on the operator panel is extremely intuitive.
