LP Record Album Folding Machine

Moll’s LP Record Album Folding Machine is designed to process lightweight inner sleeves (with or without holes) through to capacity LP albums, positioning the machine as a specialised solution for record and packaging production. Its quick changeover capability allows it to handle a wide range of production requirements with minimal downtime.

The system can be configured to produce a variety of finished products, including gatefold albums, CD and record sleeves, digipacks, capacity spine flat-side LPs and three-sided capacity LPs. Designed as an all belt-driven in-line system, it incorporates an integrated gluing system during the folding process, while the tipper fold plate features an anti-marking roller capable of handling stocks up to 28pt+.
