Tadbik: Moving to automation in the shrink-sleeve line

Tadbik: Moving to automation in the shrink-sleeve line
Supplier News

We’re always excited to support innovative products. Kvisakol, one of our valued customers, recently launched a new line of cleaning products. Following a successful debut and a surge in demand, the manual shrink-sleeving process for their bottles could no longer keep up, creating a bottleneck in meeting market demand.

At Tadbik Group, one of our biggest strengths is the close collaboration between our divisions — allowing us to deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions for our clients. In this project, Tadbik Automation and Tadbik Decoration joined forces to design and deliver an automated sleeving machine along with the matching sleeves.

The new line supports every stage of the process — from loading continuous sleeve rolls, cutting, and applying the sleeves to the bottles, to the final shrink — all automatically, at the required production speed.

The advantages of moving from manual to automated shrink-sleeving are clear:

  • Reduced labour requirements
  • Significant increase in production speed
  • Improved shrink quality — a controlled, uniform process ensures optimal product appearance
  • Efficient use of floor space with a compact, tailor-made machine
  • Savings on sleeve and raw material costs
Yarin Katar, Plant Manager at Kvisakol, said: The line was specifically designed to support our innovative products and enhance both speed and quality. Working with Tadbik was excellent, and the comprehensive solution they provided was successfully implemented.

If your production exceeds 2,000 containers a day, now’s the perfect time to switch to an automated line.
