Expanding in New Jersey: Closer to the market, ready for what’s next

Tadbik is expanding its New Jersey manufacturing operations with a new production line for high-quality printed rollstock laminates designed for retort applications.

Our U.S. facility already provides a range of packaging decoration solutions, including labels, shrink sleeves, and aluminum lids. The new line will expand the facility’s capabilities to include local flexible packaging production, bringing advanced printing and converting solutions closer to customers across the U.S. market.

This expansion is about more than geography.

Producing in the United States will support shorter lead times, a more responsive supply chain, and closer collaboration with local customers. It can also help reduce the transportation-related environmental impact of supplying the U.S. market from overseas.

The customized production line is being designed to print with water-based inks and use solventless adhesives in the lamination process. These capabilities reflect the growing demand for packaging solutions that address changing regulations, evolving market requirements, customers’ sustainability goals, and consumer expectations.

The new line will position Tadbik as a U.S. flexible packaging manufacturer with local production capabilities backed by the Group’s global expertise. It will also expand access to retortable rollstock laminates produced closer to customers in the North American market.

This investment reflects Tadbik’s approach to growth: listening to the market, anticipating future needs, and building the capabilities our customers will need next.

The line is expected to become operational in 2027, and we look forward to sharing further updates as the expansion progresses.
