Swiss customer reorder for Aopack carton box maker machine

As we mentioned in articles posted in 2020, we met this Swiss Customer at the Shanghai SinoCorrugated exhibition. After the exhibition, the Customer came to our factory and placed the order for the BM2508-Plus carton box maker. Their machine was shipped in October 2019. Now they placed another order for a BM3000-HD heavy duty carton box maker machine.

Introducing the Swiss customer

They have been making packaging carton boxes since 1924. This is a company that takes environmental protection very seriously. They have two factories, and all the electricity comes from solar and hydropower.

Their products are also known as cardboard boxes, folding boxes, cardboard packaging and cardboard boxes. They specialize in the development, production and distribution of packaging from full and corrugated boxes for various industries.

First Aopack carton box maker order BM2508-Plus

Their first BM2508-Plus machine was installed in early December 2019. Our after-sale service team came to this company to finish the machine installation.

When our machine was delivered to Swiss, the customer was able to turn it on easily without any training, and they gave high praise to our equipment for its ease of operation. Then they tried to produce some carton boxes with the new machine. The produced carton boxes were not only precise in size but also neat and tidy.

Second time buying Aopack carton box maker machine

The customer’s factory has a fully automatic high-speed carton production line that can produce 15,000 corrugated boxes per hour. Due to the expansion of business operations, the customer purchased Aopack carton box maker machines BM3000-HD to deal with low to medium volume corrugated box orders.

Compared with BM2508-Plus, the new model BM3000-HD can process cardboard from E flute to AAA flute, from 3 ply cardboard to 7 ply cardboard. Max. cardboard width is 3000mm and length is no limit. 7-21mm slotting width, glue flap crush function, auto knife sharpener, and inconsistent creasing available. 1-6s quick order changeover time, the best solution for low to medium volume box production.

The new BM3000-HD machine was shipped in August 2024. The customer received it in October 2024. Soon our after-sale service manager Jason came to Swiss and help the machine installation and commission. In addition, we will provide maintenance training during installation.
