Soken Engineering has announced the latest release of new tooling designed for use with its heat sealing machines. The pot tooling is compatible with the company’s existing range of equipment and has been developed to support a wide variety of packaging applications.

The new tooling has been designed for packaging products such as olives, nuts, fruit and desserts, as well as small non-food components. By expanding the tooling options available for its heat sealing machines, Soken Engineering aims to provide manufacturers with greater flexibility when packaging products across different sectors.

Heat sealing technology plays an important role in many packaging operations, helping to ensure product protection, shelf life and pack integrity. Tooling is a key element of this process, allowing packaging formats to be adapted for different products, materials and pack sizes. The latest development from Soken Engineering is intended to offer users a practical solution for sealing a broader range of packaging formats.

Soken Engineering forms part of the Jenton Group, which designs and manufactures packaging equipment for a wide range of industries. The group’s technologies support food and non-food packaging applications, with a focus on reliable and efficient equipment designed to integrate into modern production environments.

The new tooling will be available to view at the upcoming Farm Shop & Deli Show, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 13–15 April 2026.
