The S-LINER MULTIFILL from SAIER Verpackungstechnik makes a significant contribution to sustainability thanks to its recyclability.

The S-LINER MULTIFILL is a flexible bucket packaging system that offers a sustainable solution for multiple use and for avoiding bucket contamination. By inserting a removable and separately fillable inliner, the outer carrier bucket remains clean and can be used multiple times. The filling material only comes into contact with the S-LINER MULTIFILL, which can be professionally recycled after use. The carrier bucket can then be collected by the filler and reused or returned to SAIER Verpackungstechnik for recycling. Since the inliner can be securely closed with a lid, the inliner is ideal for the end user to store leftover paint for further use.

The inliner is designed to fit and contour precisely to the carrier bucket and the container can be securely closed using the standard lid. For effective protection against inward and outward permeation, the inliner is also available with barrier properties.

Thanks to the innovative S-LINER MULTIFILL, the majority of the plastic used is recycled at the end of the product life cycle without the need for time-consuming and resource-intensive cleaning. The recyclability of buckets in a clean condition must be emphasised, as the quality and purity of the recycled material is of paramount importance for recyclability. For example, product residues can disrupt the recycling process and reduce the quality of secondary raw materials. This leads to "downcycling", in which recycled material can only be used for limited applications that are inferior in terms of raw material quality. Therefore, in the sense of a true circular economy, packaging material that is as pure as possible and not contaminated with product residues is the ideal aim. With the S-LINER MULTIFILL, SAIER Verpackungstechnik has developed a product that fulfils these requirements.
