The newly developed E3-5 pallet from Craemer is a robust all-rounder among heavy-duty pallets. For the love of nature and the environment, the German plastics pioneer now offers this load carrier made of durable, high-quality polyethylene (PE) as a Zero Virgin version. This particularly sustainable version is made of 100 per cent recycled plastic. The entire E3-5 series features a robust construction that ensures durability even with frequent use, very high load-bearing capacity and excellent bending stiffness.

The new E3-5 is a 4-way all-purpose pallet in industrial dimensions (1200 x 1000 x 160 mm). With its five runners (E3 has three runners), injection-moulded in one piece from PE, it is puritanically functional and fully recyclable. Without any optional features that are unnecessary in certain applications, such as Palgrip anti-slip strips or (anti-slip) runners, the E3-5 models, including Zero Virgin, have a high wall thickness, six metal profiles and an extremely rugged design. They are very stable, shock-resistant, reliable and can carry 1400 kilograms in high racking. The heavily ribbed design of the runners also ensures extremely high robustness and a long service life. In areas where (internal) logistics can do without extensive anti-slip elements, the E3-5 pallet is the perfect alternative with an ideal price-performance ratio.

For companies that value sustainability and recycling, the Zero Virgin version is essential due to its infinite life cycle. Its material is reclaimed from discarded plastic products in the company’s own extruder machinery and refined. As a result, the recycled material remains extremely high-quality and, like the recyclable E3-5 Zero Virgin, is an integral part of the production cycle. Other sustainability and environmental aspects of the Craemer Group: The company works with renewable energy (green electricity) and will soon work with electricity from its own wind power and photovoltaic plants.

As a universal pallet for heavy loads, the E3-5 is designed for various applications – in all versions, including Zero Virgin. This means that the entire series can be used in logistics processes in a wide range of sectors and industries, in high racking and in automated processes.
