ADF, PCD, PLD and Packaging Première Paris reaffirm their place at the heart of packaging innovation and design for aerosols, beauty and personal care, premium drinks and luxury products.

Paris Packaging Week organisers, Easyfairs, have announced a record-breaking edition of the event with more than 14,000 packaging professionals attending the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles last week.

In total, 14,077 packaging professionals were present at the event on 17 & 18 January, including 9,923 visitors representing some 3,000 brands and design agencies, and 4,154 representing the 637 exhibitors. The attendance figures represent a 10.4% increase on the previous edition in January 2023.

French and international brands in the aerosol, beauty, drinks and luxury markets - including teams from LVMH, L'Oréal, Chanel, Gucci, Unilever, Estée Lauder, Pernod Ricard, Diageo and Rémy Cointreau - attended the event.

As well as the hundreds of new products on show, representatives of a range of brands, design agencies, packaging suppliers and associations joined over 100 speakers across the four conference stages, including The Smiley Company, L'Orèal, Guerlain, LVMH, Rèmy Cointreau, the Pentawards, Le Rouge Francais, (RE)Set, Kao, Beiersdorf, Berry Global, the FEA, and Coty.

Josh Brooks, Event Director at Paris Packaging Week, said: There was a real dynamism and energy at the event, and, for me, this reflects the incredible creativity and innovation that we see in this industry every day.

We are very fortunate to attract the highest level of packaging suppliers, specifiers and designers to the event and it was a real pleasure to bring this community together and play a part in creating the next generation of packaging.

I’d like to thank everyone who made Paris Packaging Week so special this year – our exhibitors, our visitors, our outstanding speakers, and our many partners across schools, associations and media who support the event.

Also, 32 awards and 19 certificates were issued to celebrate the world's best packs to winners of the prestigious ADF, PCD and PLD Innovation Awards.
