Following a record-breaking event, the packaging industry can now access more than 18 hours of educational content direct from the show floor.

Easyfairs UK is keeping the momentum going following the record-breaking edition of Packaging Innovations & Empack earlier this year, with more than 18 hours of educational video content recorded direct from the show floor now available to watch on demand.

Packaging Innovations & Empack 2025 has continued to make waves throughout the industry ever since the doors closed on the two-day event that took place on 12 & 13 February at the NEC in Birmingham. A record-breaking 7,424 unique visitors were welcomed by more than 450 exhibitors, who themselves were complemented by in-depth educational content spread across three dedicated stages – Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Circular Economy, and Innovation & Design.

The Packaging Innovations & Empack 2025 conference progamme was one of the most extensive and detailed in the event’s history. From the launch of the PackUK initiative that drew huge crowds, to an array of sessions and panels on topics that spanned the entire packaging value chain – examples include paperisation and premiumisation, accessible and connected packaging, the future of reuse and refill formats, brand enhancement and engagement, industrial manufacturing strategies, and evolving legislation – there was content for everyone. Speakers included government officials from DEFRA, design luminaries such as Google’s Miguel Arevalo, technology pioneers Jenny Stanley and Stefan Casey, and industry bigwigs Jude Allan, Emma Verkaik, and Paul Vanston.

To extend the reach of this high-level content and further the wider packaging industry’s knowledge, Easyfairs UK has made 30 videos available to watch via its website. This totals more than 18 hours of informative content captured directly from Packaging Innovations & Empack 2025. All the content is available free of charge from the event website.

James Montero MacColl, Senior Marketing Manager at Easyfairs UK, said: We have an important role to play in the packaging value chain and by sharing the sessions and panels experienced live at Packaging Innovations & Empack 2025, we are making sure all stakeholders have access to the most important information that matters to them and their businesses.
The future of packaging is shaping up to be extremely challenging, with the potential for complexity to swamp even the most prepared of companies. However, any of the 7000-plus people who were there can testify that there are experts on hand to guide and advise, unpick the challenges, and unlock the industry’ full potential. Many of them spoke on one of the three stages, meaning all in attendance left the NEC with a better understanding of what is to come and clearer vison for the future.
By making the conference agenda available to watch on demand, everyone and anyone in the supply chain now has the same opportunity.
Casey McHugh, Conference & Community Manager – UK & Global at Easyfairs, added: A packed agenda of high profile speakers grabbed the attention of attendees and made sure Packaging Innovations & Empack 2025 delivered on its promise to unite the industry under one roof and bring packaging’s future to life. I am delighted this is now an opportunity available to all.
By making so much high quality content available to even more of the industry, we strengthen the position of Packaging Innovations & Empack as more than just another packaging exhibition – it is as true hub for the industry where challenges are addressed, obstacles overcome, barriers broken down, partnerships formed, innovation realised, and a brighter future for all achieved.

Packaging Innovations & Empack 2026 will return at the NEC in Birmingham on 11 & 12 February 2026.

London Packaging Week 2025 takes place 15 & 16 October at ExCeL. Attendees are invited to register their interest in attending here.
