ECMA

ECMA, the European Carton Makers Association, is a global network that connects folding carton organisations, carton businesses, national carton associations, and suppliers to the carton industry worldwide.

Based in The Hague, The Netherlands, with an office in Brussels, ECMA serves as a dynamic business network for the European folding carton industry, representing over 500 carton producers in nearly all countries in the European Economic Area. This represents over 80% of the total carton market volume in Europe and a workforce of 60,000 people.

Mission

ECMA's primary focus is on supporting the healthy development of European carton makers by promoting the industry's profile and professionalism, developing international standards and best practices, helping carton makers expand their international network and expertise, and advocating for the interests of the folding carton industry with national and European legislators.
