Economically-priced labeling machines

Quadrel's EconoLine is a full-featured labeling system designed for the needs of small, growing companies requiring rugged reliability at a modest price.

Quadrel Labeling System's NEW EconoLine is Quadrel's first completely non-proprietary EconoLine System. This EconoLine system now features PLC control and color touchscreen operator interface.

Available in front/back/wrap and custom configurations, all EconoLine systems feature corrosion resistant stainless steel construction, AC frequency driven product handling, velocity compensation, and touch screen operator interface.

24/7 high-speed labeling machines

The ultimate in technical sophistication in high speed performance from Quadrel. The ProLine is designed for the most demanding 24/7 labeling applications and features all overhead electronics, internationally compliant guarding, Allen-Bradley PLC, (MicroLogix, Compact Logics and Control Logics) Allen-Bradley© Panelview color touchscreen and servo driven label applicators and product handling. All ProLine's come standard with full Ethernet capabilities.

Rotary labeling machines

Quadrel's full line of rotary labeling machines are available with Pin or IV Lug Orientation, Programmable Platforms, Pull Thru or Self Powered conveyor, Shaped Bottle Plates, Air Inflation, Redundant Labeling Heads, and speed capabilities from 100-500 bottles per minute. All rotary labeling systems feature Allen-Bradley PLC, color touchscreen HMI and choice of High Torque Stepper or Servo driven label applicators.

Technically advanced labeling systems

Quadrel's TechLine labeling system was designed to provide companies with state-of-the-art, cutting edge technology in a medium priced labeling system.

Available in front/back/wrap or custom configurations, TechLine comes standard with features not normally found on systems at this price point.

Standard features include Allen-Bradley© PLC control and color touchscreen operator interface, stainless steel construction, digital frequency controlled product handling and Ethernet capabilities.

Label applicators

Quadrel offers a complete line of label applicators, from simple, economically priced to high speed servo driven label applicators with dispensing speeds over 5,000″ per minute.

Print and apply labeling systems

Quadrel offers a complete line of heavy duty, technically advanced print & apply labeling systems. Our printer applicators feature Allen Bradley PLC control and color touchscreen operator interface.

The modular design allows a choice of 8 different applicator modules, including top, side, leading and trailing corner wrap, adjacent side and pallet labeling. As well as a choice of thermal transfer print engine (Sato, Zebra and Datamax).

Shrink sleeve label applicators

Quadrel manufactures three shrink sleeve application systems, SL90 economically priced system capable of speeds 100ppm, the SL200 is capable of speeds up to 200 products per minute and the SL300 high speed system is capable of speeds up to 300 products per minute for full body and tamper bands.

Both the SL200 and SL300 systems feature Allen Bradley PLC control, color touchscreen operator interface and servo driven web drive.
