Easypack® paper is ideal for void fill packaging. It is perfect to use in shipments that contain sharp objects, loose or unboxed items. All paper is FSC recycled, 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable.
AirSpeed® single and double cushions fill voids without adding excess weight to your package. This void fill packaging method allows you to use less material and occupies less space during transport, meaning fewer CO2 emissions compared to other materials. The Renew™ Series includes air cushion films that incorporate minimum 30% recycled or renewable material and are recyclable.
For smaller ship volumes, pre-filled air cushions are an ideal void fill solution. Flo-Pak Loose fill solutions are well known for their light weight, sturdiness and ability to always fit perfectly around your product and fill any void.

A paper coil can be used to do this, which creates a very effective protective cushion.
AirSpeed® HC provides superior air cushioning because its proprietary square pattern offers more surface area and can redistribute the shock of drops and vibration from parcel shipping.
Cushioning with Easypack® paper pads or coils is ideal for items that pose a problem without moulded packaging. To use paper coils, a long length of a cushion is rolled to create a coil which is tightly fitted into the packaging box. The item is then pressed in the centre, creating a mould around the object.

Wrappable layers are created by simply folding the paper cushion over the product, placing the next item on top and continuing to roll or fold the paper.
