ORBIS Europe develops and produces durable plastic transport packaging for various industrial sectors. At ORBIS, innovation begins with the special manufacturing process: Our containers are particularly stable and can safely transport up to 900 kg.
Our plastic packaging is up to 100% recyclable and ensures significant CO2 savings. On request, we can also support you in the development and production of customer-specific plastic transport packaging.
The robust plastic large load carriers (GLT) of the ORBIS BulkPak® family are collapsible transport containers for shipping any components in global supply chains in the automotive industry and other industrial applications. Our packaging solutions offer transport efficiency: volume-reducible plastic transport containers have a return rate of up to 1:3 and can be stacked. ORBIS Europe is a manufacturer of load carriers in European and American basic dimensions. We also support our customers in the development of an individual, project-specific load carrier.
Our large load carriers made of plastic are sustainable - over the entire life cycle. The use of recyclate already saves CO2 during production. Due to their durability, the large load carriers made of plastic are suitable for green logistics processes

Durable, robust and sustainable - the ORBIS plastic pallets are suitable for applications with high circulation rates. The special manufacturing process of the reusable pallets ensures longevity and robustness . Due to the hygienic properties of plastic and the smooth surfaces, our pallets can be used in various industrial sectors. The various ORBIS pallets are suitable for transporting beverage cans or components in the manufacturing industry. The low dead weight reduces transport costs and the safe and easy handling of the reusable plastic pallets increases safety in the workplace.
Today, more and more companies are recognising the benefits of plastic pallets and are switching from traditional wooden pallets to more sustainable alternatives. Large amounts of CO2 are already saved during production through the use of up to 90% recyclate. No mould, no moisture, no splinters - cost savings result from less product damage. The costs for maintenance and disposal of the pallets are also reduced. Like most reusable plastic packaging , ORBIS Europe's reusable pallets can also be recycled. At the end of their long service life, we buy back the load carriers at the material price for further use of raw materials.

The industrial containers and pallets are made of plastic and are particularly robust and not susceptible to impact thanks to special manufacturing processes. Plastic packaging improves security in your company because it is easy to handle and can be easily integrated into manual and automated processes. In addition, there is less product damage compared to traditional packaging because the products are protected from rust, moisture, mould and abrasion.
All parts of the reusable packaging can be easily replaced. No special tool is required for this. In the case of the foldable large load carriers, damaged side walls, latches, hinges and runners can be easily replaced with original parts. The pallets are also easy to repair.
