Innovative packaging solutions to protect your products: STABULON® anti-slip sheets. Anti-slip sheets are indispensable palletising accessories that stabilise your products on pallets during internal conveying, storage and transport of your merchandise. STABULON® prevents slippage, ensures cohesion of your pallet to secure and optimise the packaging of your products.
Stowing, securing of load units, code of good practice... All of these terms are now part of the daily operations of any company that transports its products from production site to end customer. This is the case particularly when products are transported in drums or jerry cans, which are involved in the transport of hazardous materials. With this in mind, CGP Coating Innovation has developed an innovative packaging solution dedicated to the protection of drum and jerry can shipments: STABUDRUMS®, corrugated cardboard with an extra anti-slip coating.
STABUMAX® anti-slip mat is placed on the truck floor, under the transversal load supports at the time of loading. Owing to its extreme coefficient of friction, it limits the risk of accidents associated with the shifting of goods during shipment. As well as all types of palletising: wood, plastic and metal pallets, drums, oversize goods, machines, rolls of paper, and metal piping.
EXCALIBUR® pulls the desired sheet length directly off the roll and cuts it. The tie-sheets are then transported automatically on a conveyor to a designated position. The palletiser or palletising robot's gripper recovers the sheet and inserts it between the rows of products to be palletised. Upon request, EXCALIBUR® unrolls the roll and cuts off another sheet.
Our custom rolls of single-face corrugated cardboard or paper wrapping are used in all types of packaging applications: Stuffing paper, Brown packing paper, Wrapping and Primary packaging made of unbleached Kraft wrapping paper, Slip sheet to cut to size.

COLD SEAL self-sealing packaging products are designed to seal instantly by the use of pressure, not heat. The self-sealing coating leaves no traces of residue on the product after release. The packaging holds the product in place, preventing it from moving during shipping or internal handling and creates a strong and light-weight package.
Made of polyethylene or polypropylene, suitable for sealing, defined according to your product and your working conditions, our food films and packaging films are manufactured in compliance with health and food safety requirements, in accordance with HACCP principles.
We extrude and transform materials which comply with the standards of the industrial bio-compostability (EN13432) as well as the new provisions of home composting. These materials are also partly made of renewable plant resources. Our range also includes a totally or partially bio-sourced PEHD film, made from sugar cane.
