NPP is delighted to announce the acquisition of Active Packaging Limited on 31st January 2024.

Active Packaging, based in Omagh, is a business with a 21-year history supplying a broad range of flexible packaging materials to the food, horticultural & industrial sectors throughout the island of Ireland. The company is headed up by Chris Bloomfield and Gary Wallace and has a workforce of 13 people. Their vast portfolio of products includes printed and plain film on the roll, pouches, top & base webs, lidding films, bags, sacks, and industrial stretch hooding.

With this acquisition, NPP aims to leverage the strengths of both entities to deliver enhanced and diversified packaging solutions to its customers.

Customers can expect an expanded range of packaging solutions, driven by a shared commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. The acquisition reaffirms NPP’s commitment to leading the packaging industry and meeting the evolving needs of its customers.
