NPP is delighted to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of Wraptite Packaging Ltd.

Wraptite, based in Dublin 15, has been serving the Irish & UK market with a range of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for over 20 years, principally as a manufacturer and distributer of hand and machine pallet wrap. The company is headed up by Directors, Jeff Dunne and Paul Smith and has a workforce of 26 people.

The acquisition of Wraptite aligns with NPP’s long-term growth strategy and commitment to delivering excellence in packaging solutions.

David Duffy, Managing Director of NPP, welcomed the acquisition by saying: The wealth of experience and expertise that Wraptite brings will undoubtedly strengthen our ability to meet the needs of our customers, and we are excited about the opportunities this union presents. We look forward to working with Paul and the entire team to build on Wraptite’s successes to date and to increase growth across the company.

The combined resources and expertise of both companies will enable NPP to offer a broader range of packaging solutions, fostering stronger relationships with customers, and driving sustainable growth.

Wraptite is an established supplier of pallet wrap and pallet wrapping equipment. It also supplies a range of ancillary products including polythene bags, pallet hoods, edge boards, strapping, tapes, corrugated boxes, FIBC’s and builder’s film.
