With 360° machine access, maintenance and cleaning are made simple. This all-servo bagger offers faster operating speeds, helping end users achieve speeds up to 150 bags per minute.
Triangle pre-made pouch fillers is an ideal solution for food packagers and others looking for an automated method to fill and seal pre-made pouches. The rotary pouch filler is designed to fill and seal Doy bags, 3-sided seal, flat and Stand-Up Pouches (SUP), as well as zippered bags, at speeds up to 50 pouches per minute.
The rotary pouch filler is ideal for a variety of markets, including: granola, snacks, confectionery, popcorn, dried fruit, nuts, powders and baking mixes, beef jerky and more.
The Flex 1 horizontal cartoning machine offers greatly improved efficiency and production. Triangle’s bag-in-box cartoner is designed to be paired with current generation high-speed continuous motion VFFS machines like the Triangle X-Series and offers loading and indexing speeds up to 100 cartons per minute to perfectly match the VFFS output for most bag-in-box applications.

The Changeover Wizard is an ideal solution for cereal, powders, baking mix and grain applications, as well as for contract packagers and other companies running multiple carton sizes.
Triangle belt-fed weighers are ideal for larger pieces or difficult to run products, such as fresh boneless chicken breasts or cubed meats. The belt-fed scale is designed with 6" x 6" buckets, and can handle large weights and pieces with ease – up to 10 lbs in one discharge!
With 12 selection buckets and a maximum speed of 65 discharges per minute, the belt-fed weigher offers a maximum weighment per discharge of 200 oz.

Offering unmatched accuracy, Triangle in-line multihead weighers are ideal for a wide variety of food packaging applications, from semi-moist or IQF products such as frozen vegetables to dry flowables such as cereal or pasta, as well as various confectionery products. Triangle in-line multihead weighers are available in two base models: Model A612 and Model A918. Model A612 features 12 selection buckets (4" x 4") and a maximum speed of 135 discharges per minute. With 18 selection buckets (4" x 4" or 4" x 6"), Model A918 offers a maximum speed of up to 165 discharges per minute.
