Palletisers / palletisation solutions

Palletisation or palletising is a logistic process which consist of placing items/goods stacked together on a pallet. The goal of this process is to make it easier for a manufacturer to transport their loads.

Qimarox supplies various palletising modules, from pattern-formation tables to high-capacity systems. All our palletisers form products with an extremely high degree of accuracy. We offer:

Vertical pallet conveyor

Qimarox offers various types of vertical conveyors for empty or loaded pallets which can be used in combination with our palletising modules or as stand-alone units in pallet conveyor systems.

A vertical pallet conveyor is a type of conveyor system that is used to transport pallets or other large items between different levels in a warehouse or manufacturing facility. Unlike horizontal conveyor systems, which move items along a single plane, vertical pallet conveyors lift items vertically, allowing them to be transported between different floors or levels of a facility.

Vertical pallet conveyors are often used in multi-level warehouses or distribution centres to move items between different floors or levels. They can also be used in manufacturing facilities to move items between different stages of the production process.

Vertical product conveyor

Qimarox is very well known from its Prorunner mk5 vertical conveyor, but we have more vertical conveying solutions to offer, all capable of transporting your products to any level of your facility.

A vertical product conveyor is a type of conveyor system that is used to move products or materials upward or downward in a vertical manner. It is typically composed of a series of interconnected belts, rollers, or other similar components that are arranged in a vertical configuration.

Companies may choose to purchase and use a vertical product conveyor for a variety of reasons. One reason is to save floor space. Because the conveyor moves products vertically, it does not require the same amount of horizontal space as a traditional horizontal conveyor system. This can be particularly useful in facilities that have limited floor space.

Multi-level vertical sorters

Vertical sorting is great to save space because of the options it provides.

Retractable conveyors makes it possible to create a multi-level vertical sorter out of a vertical conveyor. This solution has a small footprint and enables a three dimensional function of transport (vertical and horizontal).

By adding retractable conveyors to our unique Prorunner mk5 vertical conveyor it's now possible to build a vertical sorter. Products can enter or be discharged at any level.

The Prorunner mk5 vertical conveyor can handle small to medium sized sized products, boxes or trays.

Pallet dispensers

Qimarox specialises in pallet dispensers. Pallet dispensers are machines that are used to automatically dispense pallets. Pallets are horizontal platforms typically used for storing and transporting goods. Pallet dispensers are typically used in industrial and commercial settings, such as warehouses and distribution centres. They are designed to hold a supply of pallets and automatically feed them out as needed, making it easier and more efficient to handle and move pallets.

Pallet dispensers come in a variety of sizes and designs, and can be used in conjunction with other pallet handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
