TRAVE tray sealers

The G.Mondini spa TRAVE range of tray sealers are the culmination of over 49 years experience in designing building and selling tray sealers. They combine the latest innovations in engineering technology, hygiene concepts and fine control over important packaging system parameters. They have a unique design removing the supporting columns around the tool area thus opening access to the important parts of the system. They allow multiple packaging formats on the one machine without compromise on performance or security of the final package.

Platformer: forming trays on demand, in line, from a reel

Todays packaging line world is divided into either thermoforming or tray sealing lines, the first producing value packs, the second higher quality packs with greater flexibility. Platformer is the missing link. Combining the Mondini Trave with the Mondini Platformer your packaging line becomes what could be defined as a thermosealer – giving the best of both Worlds.

Free to switch from thermoformed in-line trays from a reel or pre-made trays at any moment in time during production, according to the needs of your business.

Paperseal Former: the smarter way to form paper trays

Paperseal Former is a stand-alone system. Designed to optimise production spaces - allowing for higher production. A compact system that optimises production spaces, allowing for higher production with an unmatched speed.

Although small in size - only 6x3 metres - the PaperSeal Former guarantees high productivity. On one side, there is the loading of flat Paperseal® boards into the magazines and the film reel for the liner while on the opposite side the trays formed and piled up are released.

G.Mondini spa gear fillers offer the most simple and hygienic solution for filling low viscosity product. Different lobe design allows the handling of small particulates. Drive unit and lay-out are customised to suit customer's and product's need.

Our range covers pocket filler fully automatic to semiautomatic, rotary and linear. All systems can be equipped with product ejector, vibrating pockets, menu driven volume changing and many other options.
