The new combination is designed with the consumer in mind, offering an elegant actuator shape while fitting under the hand, for a balance of form and function.

Consumer testing has confirmed that users appreciate the ease of use, precise dosage control and premium aesthetic appeal of the Grace head. With a full output of up to 2 cc, the Wave pump allows for controlled and efficient product dispensing and minimising product left in the container.

Beyond its user-friendly design, the Wave pump is a testament to Amcor’s ability to support customers’ sustainability commitments. Made from 100% polyolefin, it is recyclable in countries with the appropriate infrastructure and can be produced with up to 30% CleanStream® recycled polypropylene (rPP). It also meets the standard for RecyClass B when used with PET or RecyClass C with HDPE bottles. In addition, the pump’s advanced engineering allows it to handle a wide range of viscosities, from lightweight lotions to thicker creams, making it a versatile solution for the personal care market.

We designed the Grace head to prove that recycle-readiness and beauty can go hand in hand. Consumers want packaging that looks and feels premium, and we’ve achieved that without compromising on circularity aspects. This pump is a great example of how our technical expertise allows us to create innovative solutions that combine aesthetics with circular economy principles.

Lara Alemany, product line director, beauty and wellness at Amcor

With the launch of this new head for the Wave pump, Amcor continues to push the boundaries of innovation, delivering recycled-ready, high-performance packaging that meets industry and consumer demands. The company’s combination of technical expertise and design excellence is setting a new standard for beauty-led, recycle-ready dispensing solutions.
