Anuga FoodTec

Anuga FoodTec will take place on 23 - 26 February 2027 in Cologne, Germany.

Anuga FoodTec – Food and beverage processing and packaging technologies

Anuga FoodTec is an international trade fair focused on technologies across the food and beverage production sector. Held every three years in Cologne, the event brings together companies from across the global FoodTec network, including start-ups, suppliers and established industry players.

The exhibition covers a wide range of processes and developments within the sector, including processing and filling systems, packaging technology, food safety, digitalisation and intralogistics. Sustainability is also a key focus, with solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact, including developments in packaging.

The event is designed to provide an overview of technologies used throughout the production chain, from manufacturing and processing through to packaging. Exhibitors present solutions for a range of applications and operational scales, from entry-level systems to high-performance industrial equipment.
